Our live, online masterclasses offer practical, expert guidance on the communications and information compliance topics that matter most to parish and town councils. Topics include data protection and FOI compliance, social media and community engagement, AI and digital tools, along with essential interpersonal skills such as assertiveness and managing challenging conversations.

You decide how and when to use your tickets. When a session is relevant, simply log into your booking portal and secure a place for yourself or a colleague. You will also receive access to recordings and supporting resources, so the learning continues beyond the live session.

Tickets can be shared across your council in whatever way works best, giving you flexibility and value throughout the year.
