Engagement Engine Premium service
(ideal for larger councils):

  • Virtual planning session to agree what success looks like and how we can help you achieve your goals for a listening exercise

  • Creation of bespoke survey questions

  • Hosting of a digital survey and print-ready survey design

  • Creation of visual assets to promote the survey

  • Toolkit to run your own in-person engagement event

  • Optional on-site engagement event facilitation and support

  • Bespoke assets for in-person engagement

  • Bespoke press releases and related engagement content

  • Full, managed social media geo-targeted advertising campaign carried out on the council's behalf, encouraging residents to take part in the process (usually worth £600)

  • Advanced, in-depth key themes and insight report

  • Action plan for survey follow-up and next steps

  • 12 months of community engagement and communication follow-up  best practice delivered through our Council Hive service
