Cara Stobart joins the Breakthrough Communications team

We’re thrilled to welcome Cara Stobart to the Breakthrough Communications team as our new Senior Council Communications and Community Engagement Manager.

With nearly two decades of experience supporting local councils of all shapes and sizes, Cara brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities councils face in connecting with their communities. Her passion for inclusive, effective communication and her strategic insight will be invaluable as we continue helping councils build trust, strengthen engagement, and navigate the evolving local government landscape.
